Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to provide high-quality cardiopulmonary care in a clinical setting in Vernal, UT. The ideal candidate is licensed in Utah and holds current NBRC certification, with strong patient care skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This role involves assessing, treating, and managing patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures
- Monitor and evaluate patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary conditions
- Operate and manage ventilators and respiratory care equipment
- Respond to emergency situations requiring airway management
- Document patient care accurately and maintain clinical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
- Utah Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license upon hire (required)
- NBRC Certification as CRT or RRT (required)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Acute care or hospital experience
- Ventilator management experience
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
