Position Overview
Joyce Factory Direct is seeking an experienced Sunroom Project Consultant to join our growing sales team. This role is designed for consultative sales professionals who thrive in larger scale home improvement environments and enjoy guiding homeowners through high investment remodeling projects from initial consultation through completion.
Unlike transactional one-call-close sales environments, our sunroom division focuses on complex projects that require strong relationship management, project ownership, and collaboration with production and installation teams throughout the customer journey.
You will run company-provided appointments, work directly with homeowners to design solutions that fit their goals, and manage projects through a longer sales and installation cycle while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role built for high performers.
Typical earnings: $100,000 to $150,000+Top performers: $180,000+
Compensation includes:
- Uncapped commission on all closed sales
- Performance bonuses tied to production and customer satisfaction

- Maintain a steady pipeline of company-provided opportunities
- Accurately measure, document, and submit project details
- Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience from consultation through completion
