Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Now Hiring: Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
- Location: Winchester, KY
- Shift: 2nd Shift | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year
Adecco is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and developing employees.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support production operations to meet daily goals
- Supervise Group Leaders and production associates
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement (Kaizen)
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with HR, Production Control, Engineering, and other departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, work instructions, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or related certifications preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Kanban, 5S, and traceability preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train large teams
We're looking for candidates with a stable work history and proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
