We are hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support fast-paced freight and delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone who can multitask, communicate professionally, and stay organized while handling customer support in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Resolve complaints and delivery-related issues
- Track and monitor delivery routes
- Process order changes or cancellations
- Verify delivery documentation and scans
- Support multiple tasks and customer requests throughout the day
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Experience resolving customer issues professionally
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish required

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
