Estamos buscando un Ensamblador / Soldador talentoso, meticuloso y con gran destreza manual para unirse a nuestro equipo de producción en crecimiento. En esta posición, serás responsable de realizar el ensamble manual y la soldadura de precisión de componentes, garantizando que cada producto cumpla estrictamente con las especificaciones técnicas y los estándares de calidad de la empresa.

Este puesto es ideal para personas con experiencia previa en manufactura detallada (como componentes electrónicos, instrumentos, cableado o piezas pequeñas) que posean una excelente agudeza visual y un fuerte compromiso con la excelencia.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Experiencia laboral: Mínimo de [1 a 3 años] de experiencia en ensamblaje manual y soldadura (por ejemplo, soldadura de estaño en cables, circuitos, instrumentos o manufactura ligera).
Habilidades técnicas: Excelente destreza manual y coordinación ojo-mano. Capacidad para interpretar diagramas de ensamble sencillos.
Atención al detalle: Enfoque minucioso para realizar soldaduras consistentes y detectar fallas milimétricas en los productos.
Habilidad física: Buena agudeza visual (con o sin lentes correctores) y capacidad para mantener la concentración en tareas repetitivas.
