• Hours: 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a cardiac-focused intermediate care setting. The RN will manage patients requiring close monitoring, including cardiac conditions and post-procedural care, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide direct nursing care to PCU/IMCU patients
• Monitor cardiac patients and manage telemetry
• Administer cardiac drips and medications
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure adherence to patient safety and clinical protocols

• Unit Type: 28-bed PCU/IMCU (Intermediate Coronary Care)
• Patient Ratio: 1:3–4
• Patient Population: STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, Chest Pain
• Floating: May float to telemetry (lower acuity) within the same unit

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience in a similar-sized facility (Required)
• Strong cardiac care experience
• Experience with cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
