Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our morning team. The ideal candidate will possess culinary expertise and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook for the AM shift, you will play a crucial role in crafting delicious breakfast and lunch dishes that meet our high standards for quality and presentation.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring timeliness and attention to detail.
• Follow food safety regulations and protocols consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service flow during breakfast and lunch hours.
• Participate in the receiving, inventory, and proper storage of products.
• Adapt to special dietary needs as required, without compromising flavor or quality.
• Continuously strive to learn and apply culinary techniques to enhance menu offerings.

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a culinary environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.
• Culinary school training preferred, but not required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced setting and maintain composure under pressure.
