• Hours are 8a-4:30p Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays.
• Flexible on hours to an extent (ex. If a clinician has to take their child to school each morning)
• Certs: BLS
• License: Active PT Licensure
• Experience:
• 2 years of experience as a PT required
• Home Health experience
• All contracts must have home health experience. EMR experience with Home Care Home Base preferred.
• Must have HH, HCHB and Oasis experience
