Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years recent CVPICU experience
- Must be cardiac trained (hard stop)
- Pediatric Cardiac & Heart Transplant experience required
- Experience with ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation
- Active California RN License (pending accepted with ETA)
- BLS & PALS certifications required
- Must be willing to float between units
- Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Preferred:
- Strong pediatric critical care background
- Previous travel experience with strong CVPICU skills
Notes:
- First-time travelers accepted with strong experience
- No call required
- 30-bed pediatric specialty unit
- Epic charting
- Magnet-recognized, Level I Trauma, nationally ranked children's hospital
