Pride Health is seeking a Home Health RN for one of our clients in NC! (Contract)
Coverage: South Charlotte, East Charlotte, & Union County
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (No on-call)Contract: 3-month contract
Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities- Oasis Assessment
- Wound Care, Catheter Care, Labs
- Provide Skilled nursing home health services to patients
- Disease Process Education, Medication Education, Picc Line Care and Education
- Lpn And Aide Supervisory Visits
- Team Case Conference Meetings.
- Current active RN license
- BLS
- HCHB experience is a plus
