Quality Compliance Manager

Responsibilities- Lead food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites and external manufacturers.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to federal, state, and company standards.
- Manage quality systems, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee product compliance, certifications, and consumer complaint investigations (CAPA).
- Act as liaison between plant operations and corporate quality teams.
- Supervise staff and support site-wide food safety programs.
