Assistant Project Manager - large GU multifamily projects

A national, vertically integrated multifamily general contractor and developer delivering large‑scale residential communities across the US. Known for long‑term project pipelines, strong internal processes, and investing in early‑career talent.

• Support project execution on ground‑up multifamily builds
• Assist with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• Support closeout documentation and reporting requirements

• 1-5 years of construction experience
• Multifamily background strongly preferred
• Exposure to ground‑up wood‑frame and brick projects
• Experience with a reputable multifamily GC
• Flexible to travel occasionally to Port St. Lucie

• Salary up to $115,000 plus 10% annual bonus
• Monthly allowances: $500 car, $50 phone, $45 health stipend
• Strong benefits package with paid travel expenses
