Supply Chain Customer Service Specialist
If you’re the kind of person who likes to be where the action is—balancing a desk, a warehouse floor, and a happy customer—we should talk.
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Customer Service Support pro who can do a little bit of everything. We need someone who’s as comfortable firing off professional emails as they are walking into the warehouse to check on a pallet.
You’ll be the "glue" that holds our orders together. If you’ve got a background in customer service, understand how a warehouse actually moves, and want a role where you aren't just staring at a screen all day, hit us up. Let’s get things moving.
salary: $19 - $20 per hourshift: First

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, process orders, and provide updates on delivery schedules.
- Warehouse Coordination: Work directly with the warehouse team to check stock levels, verify shipments, and ensure orders are being picked and packed correctly.
- Supply Chain Tracking: Monitor the movement of goods from arrival at our facility to the final delivery at the customer’s doorstep.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address shipping errors, damaged goods, or inventory shortages to keep the customer happy.
