🕒 Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
⏱ Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
🔎 Role Overview
This is a leadership role in Behavioral Health, responsible for:
- Overseeing daily nursing operations
- Managing staff performance and patient care delivery
- Driving compliance with DOH, JCAHO, and regulatory standards
- Leading quality improvement and performance initiatives
- Supporting interdisciplinary collaboration and discharge planning
- Behavioral Health / Psychiatric Nursing experience
- Leadership experience (Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement
- Experience with crisis management / de-escalation (PMCS, CPI, or equivalent preferred)
