🏥 Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehabilitation team in a hospital-based outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide individualized therapy services focused on restoring function, mobility, and overall patient wellness.
âś… Must-Have Skills:
âś” Active Nebraska Physical Therapist Licenseâś” Strong outpatient rehabilitation and patient care skills
âś” Excellent communication and treatment planning abilities
âś” Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
âś” Strong organizational and documentation skills
đź“Ś Experience Required:
âś” Outpatient PT experience preferredâś” Minimum 3 years of eperienced required
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and functional impairments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and facility standards
