- Orlando, FL, 32801 Clearance: SECRET Job Description: The Communications Technician RF/SATCOM will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radio frequency (RF) and satellite communications (SATCOM) systems. The technician will work with a team to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and meet the needs of the organization.
- Install, maintain, and repair RF and SATCOM systems
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment
- Ensure that all systems are functioning properly
- Work with a team to complete projects
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Document all work performed Requirements:
- Associate's degree in electronics or related field
- 3+ Years experience with RF and SATCOM systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
