Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care teaching hospital with a comprehensive stroke center.
Details- Work in an Interventional Radiology unit at an acute care, teaching, Adult Level II Trauma hospital
- Scope includes general IR and neuro intervention at a comprehensive stroke center
- Uses Siemens and Philips bi-plane equipment
- Epic EMR — experience required
- 4x9 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- One call night per week from 4:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every third weekend on call from Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
- Local candidates are accepted
- Minimum of 2 years of IR technologist experience
- ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
- Epic EMR experience required
- State license required if applicable — pending state licenses are not accepted
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Perform general interventional radiology and neuro intervention procedures including stroke care
- Free parking available on site
- Any time-off requests must be submitted at the time of profile consideration
- 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
