Our client is a globally recognized venture capital and growth investment firm partnering with category-defining technology and healthcare companies.
Job Description- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements for venture funds, including capital accounts and investor allocations
- Support NAV calculations, management fee and carried interest calculations, and expense allocations
- Oversee capital calls, distributions, and cash management activities
- Coordinate with third-party fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors
- Assist with new fund launches, side vehicles, and investment structuring from an accounting perspective
- Maintain detailed support for portfolio investment activity, valuations, and realized/unrealized gains
- Support audit and tax processes, including delivery of schedules and investor reporting
- Drive process improvements, documentation, and automation initiatives as the platform scales

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Fund Accountant should have:
- 3-6+ years of experience in fund accounting, audit, or fund administration with venture capital, private equity, or alternative asset exposure
- Strong understanding of partnership accounting and investment fund structures
- Experience working with third-party administrators and auditors
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with fund accounting systems strongly preferred
- CPA or progress toward CPA a plus
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 USD.
