Job Description- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
- Proactively manage risks and implement solutions to overcome project challenges.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (strongly preferred)
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with a General Contractor
- Proficiency with project management software
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment
- Competitive salary range from $110,000 to $150,000 USD.
