Job Description- Manage subcontractors and field personnel
- Manage schedules
- QA/QC
- Meet with clients, architects, and the design team
- Ensure projects stay within labor budget
- Attend OAC meetings
- Travel around metro Indy
- Create 3-6 week look ahead

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, running projects
- Experience as the sole Superintendent on projects from $20- $50M
- Ground up and renovation experience
- Experience in the healthcare or pharma sectors (2+ projects)
- Tech savvy
- Scheduling experience (3-6 week look ahead)
- Understands critical path forward
- Bachelor in Construction Management or similar (highly desirable)
- MEP experience (highly desirable)
- Experience in occupied spaces
- Base salary ($110,000 - $130,000) dependent on experience
