Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments within the Company.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with Company culture, values, and job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job specifications, and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Employer Branding and Outreach:
- Enhance employer brand by developing engaging recruitment marketing materials, including job postings, career profiles, and employee testimonials.
- Cultivate relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to promote the Company as an employer of choice.
- Represent Company at industry events and networking functions to attract top talent and expand the organization's talent pool.
- Candidate Experience and Onboarding:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR team members and department heads to develop and implement onboarding programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- HR Administration and Compliance:
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HRIS records, preparing employment contracts, and managing recruitment-related documentation.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across diverse roles and levels.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
