Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging and manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production processes and make equipment adjustments to maximize efficiency and product quality.
• Operate automated and semi-automated machinery used in packaging and processing operations.
• Package products by filling, labeling, sealing, or placing materials into containers according to established procedures.
• Complete batch records, production logs, and associated documentation accurately and timely.
• Work within a computerized manufacturing environment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, operational issues, or process abnormalities to appropriate personnel.
• Support inventory handling, shipping, receiving, storage, and material movement activities as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing quality, efficiency, cost reduction, and operational performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support daily production goals and schedules.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, production, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work within electronic manufacturing systems.
• Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the role.
