Remote Oncology Pharmacist -Washington state | Contract-to-Hire ?

Are you a licensed Pharmacist with oncology or specialty experience looking for a high-impact, flexible remote role? This is your opportunity to work directly with a live oncology provider practice, supporting patient care while enjoying remote flexibility.
- Position Highlights
- ? Pay Rate: $60/hr
- ? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
- ? Work Type: 100% Remote
- ✈️ Travel: Up to 20% (minimal, as needed)
- ? Preferred Time Zone: Pacific or Mountain
- ? Type: Contract-to-Hire (minimum 3 months, strong potential for permanent placement)
- What You’ll Do
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and clinical appropriateness
- Evaluate patient-specific data (labs, diagnosis, medication history)
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to providers
- Support oncology therapies including oral, injectable, and infusion medications
- Respond to provider and patient inquiries regarding medications, side effects, and adherence
- Identify and escalate medication safety concerns or adverse reactions
- Assist with prior authorizations and medication access
- Document all clinical interventions and maintain compliance standards
- What We’re Looking For
- ✔️ Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Washington (REQUIRED)
- ✔️ PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
- ✔️ Minimum 3+ years of pharmacist experience
- ⭐ Oncology and/or specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- ✔️ Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
- ✔️ Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration

Pay Details: $60.00 per hour
