Key Responsibilities-Assess, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the foot and lower extremities-Provide diabetic foot care and preventive wound management-Educate patients and caregivers on foot health and mobility preservation-Collaborate with nursing facility staff to coordinate patient-centered care-Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure best-in-class outcomes-Document clinical encounters using NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad
