Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
- Location: Southaven, MS (Desoto County coverage) — travel RN / home health position
- Assignment Duration: 15 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 31, 2026)
- Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed)
- On-Call Requirement: 1 weeknight on call; no weekends
- Travel Assignment Perks: Mileage reimbursed between patient visits
- Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Mississippi or compact, as applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health RN / homecare nurse
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and documentation skills (home health EMR experience a plus)
- Experience with wound vacs, PICC dressing changes, and lab draws is preferred
- Provide skilled nursing care during home visits for diverse patient populations as a Home Health RN
- Perform recertifications, resumptions, and patient discharges according to home health protocols
- Deliver patient and family education to support home-based care and chronic disease management
- Complete accurate, timely documentation for all visits and coordinate care via the EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (PT, OT, social work, physicians) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation; respond to patient needs and triage as required
