About the Opportunity
A well-established internal medicine practice is seeking a polished and professional Concierge Receptionist to join their front office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment, enjoys working in a collaborative team setting, and can confidently manage a high-volume front desk with professionalism and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will bring strong medical front office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for patients while supporting daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients in a professional, concierge-style environment
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes
- Answer and direct high call volumes professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
- Verify insurance and update patient demographics
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system
- Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients
- Support front office operations in a fast-paced internal medicine setting
- Minimum 2 years of front office experience within an internal medicine clinic
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Experience working in a high-volume medical practice
- Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Associate degree (AA) or higher required
- Professional and polished presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and patient-centered attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly in a busy clinical environment
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
