Dental Receptionist
Belle Meade Endodontics
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming experience while supporting daily operations.
Our practice is fast paced and team focused, with a strong commitment to excellent patient care.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:15am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of dental front office experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $20-$24 per hour.
