Job Description

This role involves implementing treatment goals, assisting with therapeutic interventions, and training patients on the use of various assistive devices.
Responsibilities- Implement treatment goals and plans established by the Physical Therapist.
- Assist with various therapeutic interventions, including posture training, strengthening exercises, and functional skills training.
- Train patients in locomotion using orthotics, prosthetics, or other assistive devices.
- Demonstrate and utilize therapeutic modalities such as whirlpools and ultrasound.
- Monitor patient responses and document progress accordingly.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Consult with other healthcare disciplines regarding therapy administered.
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving patient care quality and efficiency.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
- CAPTE Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR Certification.
- Active and applicable state license for practice.
