Job Description
  • Lead customer complaint investigations using structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D).
  • Support internal, customer, and supplier audits; prepare documentation and close audit findings on time.
  • Manage nonconforming material and MRB activities to reduce scrap and rework.
  • Lead containment activities and define clean points across suppliers, internal processes, and customer shipments.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce internal and customer PPM.
  • Maintain and update PFMEAs and Control Plans following process changes and risk assessments.
  • Support manufacturing processes through audits, troubleshooting, and hands‑on shop floor support.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to implement effective corrective actions.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with IATF 16949 preferred; ISO 9001 experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing, and corrective action methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, control plans, PFMEAs, and APQP documentation.
  • Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and independently.
  • Internal Auditor certification a plus.
