Job Description- Lead customer complaint investigations using structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D).
- Support internal, customer, and supplier audits; prepare documentation and close audit findings on time.
- Manage nonconforming material and MRB activities to reduce scrap and rework.
- Lead containment activities and define clean points across suppliers, internal processes, and customer shipments.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce internal and customer PPM.
- Maintain and update PFMEAs and Control Plans following process changes and risk assessments.
- Support manufacturing processes through audits, troubleshooting, and hands‑on shop floor support.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to implement effective corrective actions.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with IATF 16949 preferred; ISO 9001 experience required.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing, and corrective action methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, control plans, PFMEAs, and APQP documentation.
- Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and independently.
- Internal Auditor certification a plus.
- Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience level
