Job Description
The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Leading all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project close-out
- Overseeing safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinating closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners
- Driving project schedules and logistics on large-scale new construction and interior fit-outs
- Mentoring and developing Superintendents and field staff
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Proactively identifying and resolving site challenges to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong background delivering large-scale new construction projects (interiors experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex site logistics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on projects ranging from $20M+ in the value preferred
- Willingness to work on projects across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and the surrounding metro area
