Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: Physical TherapistLocation: Chicago, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $68 per hour
Total Travel Package: $3,058.00/week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*- Taxable Wages = $1,000.00/week
- Weekly Housing Allowance = $1,414.00/week
- Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week
Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $2,808.00
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week, 5x8 hour shifts
- 8:00AM to 4:30PM
- Monday – Friday (No weekends!)
Duration:
- 13 Weeks (Likely extension)
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Inpatient and outpatient experience
- IL PT License, BLS
- ASAP Start
