FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:-Works with product team to reach and sustain desired overall proficiency with product failure analysis.-Maintain workflow to ensure timely processing and closure of all received labor claims-Assist the product management team as needed-Inspects, measures, and records all details about labor claims-Receives, identifies, and sorts UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries (samples vs.
labor claims).-Maintain internal quality tracking documents The selected candidate will also possess:-Must have strong attention to detail, punctuality and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.-Requires ability to communicate in verbal, written, and electronic formats, as well as ability to understand directions and requests via phone or in person.-Proficient in Office (especially in Excel / Word)-Ability to manage large amounts of data-Strong automotive knowledge - Specifically diagnostic and troubleshooting.-Must be able to use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.-Must be able to adhere to stringent deadlines Salary Range: $18.50/hour
