Project Manager – Hybrid Opportunity

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid – 1 Day Onsite Per Week)

Contract Duration: 6–12 Months

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale compliance and operational implementation initiative within a public-sector environment. This role will focus on coordinating project activities, tracking compliance requirements, maintaining implementation plans, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables related to organizational and operational obligations.

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, and the ability to track risks, milestones, and implementation progress in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track compliance-related obligations and implementation activities.
  • Maintain centralized project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage compliance tracking dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workgroups, and coordination sessions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, action items, and status updates.
  • Track implementation progress and ensure accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or operational barriers and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain risk and issue logs with mitigation strategies and follow-up actions.
  • Support documentation management and maintain records related to compliance efforts.
  • Review operational processes and program activities to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage implementation timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively.
  • Experience preparing meeting documentation, action trackers, and status reports.
  • High degree of business and technical understanding.
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting compliance, operational, or government-related initiatives is a plus.
