Job Description
  • Lead and manage all on-site activities for luxury custom residential construction projects in Boston.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and manage resources effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Manage and mentor on-site staff to achieve project goals.
  • Commuting throughout MA and NH to project sites

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Luxury Custom Residential should have:

  • 5+ years in Construction Superintendent position
  • Proven experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects $5<+
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
