Interim Director of Nursing (DON) – Post-Acute / LTC Management | St. Paul, MN
We’re seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for a 13-week assignment in a long-term care (LTC) setting in St. Paul, MN. This is a leadership role with hands-on responsibilities, including supporting floor coverage as needed.
Assignment Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 5x8s (Days)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
- Start: ASAP
Pay Package:
- Travel: $52/hr + $1,246 weekly stipend = $3,326 gross/week | $85 OT
- Local: $70/hr | $105 OT
Role Overview:
- Serve as Interim DON for LTC facility
- Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff
- Assist on the floor as needed to ensure coverage
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain quality patient care
Requirements:
- Active RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience (LTC leadership preferred)
- BLS Certification
- BSN not required
