The Facilities Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibilities are to conduct basic to moderate level building maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work at City facilities. This involves skills and knowledge in the disciplines of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and remodeling.
Journey-Level experience in one or more of these disciplines is highly desired but not required.
