Job Description
  • Manage all phases of education construction projects from planning to closeout.
  • Represent the owner in meetings, decisions, and communications with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate design and construction teams to meet project goals and standards.
  • Track budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and quality expectations.

  • Highly organized with experience managing complex higher education construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and institutional standards.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
