Shift Information: 0645-1715 with liver call - will do other cases if no liver/transplant
MUST HAVE: Strong Liver, Heart, lung & kidney transplant experience reflected on skills checklist.
Experience putting organs back in the new patient, not just harvesting.
MUST be proficient in: MISONIX/CUSA.Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out)
Experience Required: 2 years of direct LIVER/TRANSPLANT OR RN experience
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y
Certs REQ: AHA or client ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal)
NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month – Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's

PLEASE NOTE: Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client
