Job Description- Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a compliant job site
- Coordinate inspections, logistics, and material deliveries
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Maintain daily reports, schedules, and progress documentation
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
