Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. By assessing current security posture, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, and defining strategic priorities to mitigate threats.
Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity programs, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organizations information assets. Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks and threats to the organizations systems, networks, and data.
Develop risk management strategies and mitigation plans. Oversee cybersecurity projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established requirements. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to cybersecurity incidents, breaches, and emergencies.
Coordinate incident response activities, conduct post-incident analysis, and implement remediation measures to prevent future occurrences. Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices, policies, and procedures to minimize human error and enhance security posture.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards pertaining to cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection. Assess the cybersecurity posture of vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners. Establish security requirements in contracts and agreements and conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security controls and initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders. Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends in cybersecurity.
Education: Masters Degree in Information Technology related, Business Analytics or related
Experience: 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, System Engineer, Analyst or related
