Location: Essex Junction, VTPay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible hours available)
Position Summary:
Adecco is hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician for a hands-on role in Essex Junction, VT. This position involves assembling mechanical components and systems according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand and power tools
- Follow written instructions, blueprints, and schematics to complete assemblies accurately
- Inspect parts and completed products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic troubleshooting and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents or instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
