Service Technician

Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAY What You'll Do:-Commission and support warranty operations while troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures using drawings, schematics, circuit plans, and diagnostic software.-Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and Field Modifications (FMIs), using shop machinery, hand tools, and specialized equipment.
Provide onsite and remote 2nd
and 3rd-level technical support, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions for equipment issues.-Document failures, repairs, modifications, parts returns, and RMA activities in the appropriate systems and databases.-Communicate with customers, team members, site leads, and managers while following applicable technical, safety, and industry procedures.-Automated line processing and controlling, or operating with a broader range of production machines in production lines are examples for this level or work.
