Hospital Pharmacist – Travel Assignment in Seattle, WA. Washington-licensed inpatient pharmacist needed for a 16-week travel role (Apr 16 – Aug 31, 2026) supporting inpatient pharmacy operations, clinical services, and oncology infusion. Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,040 - $3,270
- Location: Seattle, WA 98112 (Seattle healthcare / Washington State)
- Assignment Duration: 16 weeks (April 16, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
- Employment Type: Travel Pharmacist, On-site
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour days, 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM (facility operates 24/7)
- Active Pharmacist license in Washington State (required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 1 year of direct inpatient pharmacy experience (inpatient pharmacist or clinical pharmacist experience preferred)
- Experience with Epic (CPOE/EMR) and Pyxis automated dispensing systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of USP 797/800 sterile compounding standards
- Support inpatient pharmacy distribution functions and medication reconciliation
- Order verification and clinical order review using Epic
- Final product verification checks and IV admixture/sterile compounding oversight in compliance with USP 797/800
- Provide drug information, clinical decision support, and medication safety recommendations
- Oversee and mentor pharmacy technician functions and workflows (Pyxis operations)
- Respond to Code Blue and emergency situations as part of the clinical response team
- Support specialty/oncology infusion center operations, including oncology medication verification
- Assist with after-hours outpatient dispensing on a limited formulary when needed
