Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding services, programs, or account-related questions

• Support onboarding, scheduling, or service-related processes depending on client needs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
