Position: Nurse Supervisor
Location: New York, NY
Pay Rate: $ 87/hr

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:
  • Seven years of experience is required, Five of which were in a supervisory role.
  • Associate DON in General Peds, PICU, NICU.
  • Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
  • Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists with any corrective action.
  • Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
  • Critical care nursing, Nicu, Icu, Pediatrics, Leadership Required.
-Program planning, program development, performance monitoring, communication, corrective action implementation, record-keeping, medication error tracking, counseling, pediatric care, community hospital experience, teaching hospital experience.
  • Accepting both travel or Local candidate.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program.
  • Masters degree in Nursing.
  • RN License Required
  • Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS.
  • Department of Education (NYSED).
  • BLS Preferred
  • English( Speak, Read, Write )
