Requirements:- Seven years of experience is required, Five of which were in a supervisory role.
- Associate DON in General Peds, PICU, NICU.
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists with any corrective action.
- Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
- Critical care nursing, Nicu, Icu, Pediatrics, Leadership Required.
- Accepting both travel or Local candidate.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program.
- Masters degree in Nursing.
- RN License Required
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS.
- Department of Education (NYSED).
- BLS Preferred
- English( Speak, Read, Write )
