Position Overview
The Simulation / OLP Engineer supports eZRobotics USA operations through development and validation of robot simulation and offline programming (OLP) solutions. This role focuses on preparing, optimizing, and validating robotic programs in simulation environments prior to on-site implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain robot simulation and offline programming (OLP) models
- Support layout review and simulation validation for customer projects
- Generate and optimize robot paths and programs in simulation environments
- Support virtual commissioning and system validation activities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure simulation accuracy and feasibility
- Assist with troubleshooting and refinement of simulation and OLP outputs
- Support transition from simulation to on-site implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or related field preferred)
- 0–5 years of experience in robotics, simulation, or automation environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Experience with robot simulation or offline programming tools
- Experience with industrial robots (FANUC, KUKA, ABB, etc.)
- Exposure to manufacturing or automation environments
- Moderate travel required (25%–50%)
- Occasional on-site support during project phases and commissioning

Salary Range$65,000 – $85,000 annually
