We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAYWhat You'll Do:Assemble, test, and troubleshoot newly developed semiconductor equipment using mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical work instructions.Support new product introduction activities by identifying manufacturability concerns, fit and function issues, and bill of material discrepancies.Create problem reports, inspection instructions, and technical documentation while partnering with engineers to drive resolution.Use diagnostic software and testing equipment to collect operational data and perform real-time system adjustments.Execute semiconductor process and laboratory workflows accurately and consistently.Train and mentor technicians, share best practices, and support implementation of new processes and systems.Perform safety inspections, document hazards, and support a safe working environment.Maintain cleanroom standards while adhering to PPE and operational requirements.
