Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.$750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
- Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM
- Variable shifts for pre/post procedures from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must take on-call responsibilities with team, typically 8-12 days per 4-week schedule
- Must be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab
- Patient ratio of 3 staff to 1 patient
- Work with GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment
- Use Meditech EMR system
- Required: ACLS certification and 2 years Cath Lab experience
- Preferred: Holding experience and monitoring experience
- Perform typical procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention
- Handle pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests
- Work in cardiac cath lab with 3 holding bays and 2 cath suites
- Must demonstrate positive, flexible personality and engagement in high-quality patient care
