FM/IM Physician Opportunity near Altoona, PA Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with emergency department experience. The practice's emergency department located near Altoona, PA, would like to employ a physician to provide single coverage, 12 hour shifts, to assist in seeing the emergency department???s approximate 10,500 patient visits each year.
The emergency department has MedStar helicopter transportation availability. The emergency medicine physician (ATLS, ACLS and PALS required) will be provided an attractive financial package that includes competitive base salary, a sign on bonus, CME reimbursement, insurance benefits, and relocation assistance.
