Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Recent relevant home health experience required
- EPIC experience required
- OASIS required
- Start of care and revisits experience required
- Shift hours: 0800-1630
- Schedule: 5x8.5
- Coverage territory includes North Princeton, NJ
